Robin started with her parents in 1980 after working out of high school in 1972 with an agency in Anderson, Indiana. She became the agency principal in 1994 after the retirement of her father and founder, Bob Gardner. Working in a family-owned business from the ground up has allowed her to experience all areas of our business. Robin is most thankful for the relationships she has built over the last 40 years and works every day to earn their trust and respect. With this ever-changing industry, she feels it is her responsibility to help both the clients and staff to navigate through these challenges, always maintaining the core values that Gardner Insurance was founded upon.

Greg joined Gardner Insurance in 2013 and represents the Third Generation in the family-owned independent agency. He feels the bedrock of the agency is its Core Values, Principles, and Ethics and is committed to ensuring those values are upheld for many years to come. He is excited to meet the challenges to come that face the industry and the agency. A focus on customer service is at the center of the agency's focus and a commitment to the community served since 1979. Greg is licensed in both Property and Casualty and Life and Health. Catrina has resided in the Madison area all of her life. Her background before insurance was working in their family-owned tree service; through that experience, she knows the importance of building relationships. She graduated from Madison Consolidated High School in 1992 and married her junior high sweetheart the following year, then followed their son being born who is now married and has 2 girls of his own. She started her insurance career in 1996 with the mindset of helping others. As the office manager at GIA, it is essential to her that everyone has a good experience.

Dave has been an agent with Gardner Insurance since 2003. He has a strong commitment and connection to the Madison community since he’s grown up here and has been an active member of the community for his entire life. He’s licensed in all lines of insurance business including home, auto, commercial, health, and life, and specializes in commercial risks. As an independent agency, Dave and his team have access to many markets. This allows them to find preferred rates that meet all of their client’s insurance needs. “I service my accounts with a ‘Hands-On’ approach. I prefer to have annual reviews with all my clients to ensure we have an open line of communication. I am proud to say that I am a part of a small business that has served the Madison area since 1979, and I would be grateful for the opportunity to talk with you about your insurance needs.”

Cyndie joined Gardner Insurance Agency in April 2016. She has lived in Madison most of her life and has worked in customer service for 30 years. “I have personal experience with the quality of customer care and service that is provided by Gardner Insurance Agency, having been a customer for many years. I am proud to be a part of the GIA team, supporting the dedicated agents, and helping to meet the needs of our customers.”

Jessica has been a CSR with Gardner Insurance since April 2016. She is the agency contact for glass, towing, and work comp claims. She also handles Special Events Planning, Social Media, IT & Downloads. "I am very happy to be a part of the GIA Team. My goal is to assist our insureds to the best of my ability and to provide them with the quality service they have come to know from GIA. Tanya joined Gardner Insurance Agency in May 2023. She brings a wealth of experience to the GIA team, having been in the insurance industry for the past 30 years. "Great customer service is the key to a successful career", and it is that focus on customer service that drew Tanya to Gardner Insurance Agency. She resides in Versailles, IN with her husband and 3 dogs. She enjoys spending her free time with her 3 beautiful grandchildren.

Having worked with GIA in the past as a client, she has first-hand experience with the consistent high-quality customer service that GIA offers its customers and is excited to be a part of the team. Leading the marketing efforts at GIA, Gina looks forward to getting to know the customers who rely on the GIA team for being Smile-Makers. Gina resides in Madison with her family and their dog, Daisy.

Will joined Gardner Insurance Agency in December of 2023. Will also works as a real estate agent in the area since January of 2021. As an experienced realtor, Will has always valued his clients and their needs. Will’s interest in insurance stems from an eagerness to help others. Will is a graduate of Vincennes University where he majored in Agribusiness and graduated with cum laude honors. He currently lives in Switzerland County on the same hay and cattle farm he was raised on. When Will is not keeping busy with Gardner Insurance, you can catch him at the farm!
